Glad you got the design sorted out, it looks so much better on my eye! - And as you said about the 301 redirects, that's the best way to do things. Let Google and that update things, but also if you have any backlinks, and someone clicks on that link too, they will be sent to the right place. :D

I look forward on seeing what you come out with in 2009, and how you build the Imnica brand. Of which I really like the name, and it'd be nice if I could brand myself somehow!

Talk later.

Thanks
Mark

Do something nice for someone else...

Many of us will have seen, read or heard about this principle before. It has been called:

pay it forward
a random act of kindness
blessing others

Whatever our level of faith, doing something nice for someone else will often elevate our sense of peace...

Hey Mark,

Yeah, thought it best to redirect everything here from the old one, as some of the old posts still gets tons of traffic from the SE's. So, I just re-direct all the posts as a 301 redirect, which tells the SE's it has permanently moved.

Man, I tell you, I HATE IE! Everything on this site is 100% standards compliant, but, IE, being IE, and being NON standard, breaks a couple of things. I'll work on it tomorrow, and see if I can get it sorted.

2009 is going to ROCK for both Imnica, and our "family"!

Cheers

Without sounding like a know-it-all, I thought you were changing the blog, as I actually visited the 'old' one yesterday and wes redirected here to the new one!

A nice move even if I do say so myself, and I'm definately looking forward to popping back a couple of times each week to see what you've been upto. But more importantly, checking out the posts to see what I can take notes on.

Being someone who uses IE7, I can see what you mean about the theme being a little incompatible for this web browser.I'm sure it won't take you long to sort the little problems out though.

So tomorrow it is then, see you then! :D

Thanks
Mark
